I work with families as a doula in Wilkes-Barre and Scranton, and I travel to support families throughout Northeast and Central Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley, the Poconos, New Jersey, and the Binghamton area.
Birth may look different depending on where you are, but the need for support stays the same. So I help you understand your body, how your baby is moving, and how to move through each part of birth with clarity.
At the same time, mindset is part of that preparation. We prepare how you approach birth so you can stay present and connected, rather than feeling pulled into fear or uncertainty in the moment.
